2.3 Account Types

• Vendor accounts: For individuals or entities seeking to sell goods or services (subject to additional verification and requirements)
• Employee accounts: For vendor staff with limited permissions (can be created by vendors)

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1 Account Security

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your PGP private key
• Enable and use two-factor authentication (2FA) via PGP signatures
• Keep your PGP keys confidential
• Log out from your account after each session or set an appropriate session timeout
• Access DrugHub Market only through secure channels (Tor Browser)
• Regularly verify that you are accessing the authentic DrugHub Market through our verified links

3.2 Security Notifications

We provide notifications for:

• Important account activities
• Security-related events
• Order status updates
• System announcements

You are responsible for monitoring these notifications and taking appropriate action if you detect unauthorized access attempts.

3.3 PGP Key Management

As our system uses PGP-based login, you must:

• Store your PGP private key securely
• Never share your PGP private key with anyone
• Consider using a dedicated PGP key for DrugHub Market that is not used elsewhere
• Be prepared to verify your identity using your PGP key when requested

4. Marketplace Rules

To maintain a secure and reliable platform, all users must adhere to the following marketplace rules.

4.1 General Conduct

All users must:

• Act in good faith in all marketplace interactions
• Communicate respectfully with other users
• Provide accurate information in listings, profiles, and communications
• Respect the privacy and security of other users
• Follow all marketplace guidelines and procedures
• Use PGP encryption for all sensitive communications

4.2 Listing Requirements

All listings must:

• Include clear pricing information
• Specify shipping methods and estimated delivery times
• Include relevant keywords to improve search functionality
• Adhere to our marketplace categories and classification system

Note that all listings go to moderation until vendor accounts reach certain requirements.

4.3 Moderation System

Our moderation system enforces our marketplace rules and security protocols. This system:

• Reviews all new listings from vendors who haven't met certain requirements
• Monitors for rule violations and suspicious activities
• Issues warnings for violations
• Restricts or suspends accounts based on violations
• Protects the integrity of the marketplace ecosystem

5. Transactions and Payments

All transactions on DrugHub Market are subject to the following terms regarding payments, escrow, and fees.

5.1 Supported Cryptocurrency

DrugHub Market exclusively supports Monero (XMR) for all transactions to ensure maximum privacy and security. While discouraged, buyers can use any instant, no registration, and no KYC exchange to pay an invoice as long as the XMR is received before the invoice expires (3 hours).

5.2 Invoice-Based Payment System

Our payment system operates on an invoice basis:

• Each order generates a unique payment invoice
• Invoices expire after 3 hours if not paid
• The market wallet is used only for refunds and transactions sent to expired invoices
• You can add multiple items to your shopping cart and pay for them with a single transaction

5.3 Finalize Early (FE)

Finalize Early privileges are given on a case-by-case basis and allow buyers to release funds before confirming receipt. FE is subject to:

• Vendor qualification based on reputation and history
• Buyer discretion (never mandatory)
• Potential FE discount as determined by the vendor

5.4 Fees

DrugHub Market charges the following fees:

• Standard commission: 5%, which can go lower or higher based on certain factors including account activity, volume, and order amounts
• Customer pays market commission (this is de facto on all markets because vendors add market commission on top of their product price, we are just being open about it)
• No fees for withdrawals (market covers withdrawal fees)

5.5 Auto-Finalize System

Vendors can set a flexible auto-finalize timer between 5 and 45 days. This prevents funds from being locked in escrow when customers don't finalize their orders.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DrugHub Market and may result in immediate account termination.

6.1 Platform Security Violations

• Attempting to bypass or compromise platform security
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or similar tools without authorization
• Engaging in any form of denial-of-service attack
• Attempting to access other users' accounts
• Distributing malware or other harmful code
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in our system (report these through our bug bounty program instead)

6.2 Fraudulent Activities

• Creating multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
• Misrepresenting products or services
• Engaging in exit scams or selective scamming
• Manipulating feedback or reputation systems
• Impersonating other users or marketplace staff
• Attempting to defraud other users or the platform

6.3 Communication Violations

• Sharing personal identifying information
• Attempting to move communications off-platform
• Sharing contact information for off-platform transactions
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
• Sending unencrypted sensitive information

6.4 Other Prohibited Activities

• Threatening, deceiving, or blackmailing anyone on DrugHub Market
• Fraud in any way or form
• Any activity that threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the platform
• Any activity that harms other users or their experience

7. Vendor-Specific Terms

The following terms apply specifically to vendor accounts on DrugHub Market.

7.1 Vendor Application Process

Vendor applications are manually handled on a case-by-case basis. The process includes:

• Submission of vendor application
• Manual review by DrugHub staff
• Potential request for additional verification
• Approval or rejection decision

7.2 Vendor Verification

Vendor accounts require verification, which may include:

• Proof of established reputation on other marketplaces
• Verification of PGP key ownership
• Completion of vendor-specific security protocols
• Other verification methods as determined by DrugHub staff

7.3 Vendor Obligations

Vendors must:

• Ship products promptly according to stated timeframes
• Accurately describe all products and services
• Maintain adequate inventory for listed items
• Respond to customer inquiries within a reasonable timeframe
• Properly handle disputes and refund requests
• Maintain security of vendor account and associated data
• Fulfill all orders within 4-14 days unless otherwise specified

7.4 Commission Structure

The standard commission rate is 5%, which can go lower or higher based on certain factors including account activity, volume, and order amounts.

7.5 Vendor Features

Vendors have access to special features including:

• Two private mirrors once your application is approved
• Quick Replies: Set up template messages to answer common questions or disputes with one click
• Bulk Quantities: Set up volume discounts without creating multiple listings
• AutoSweep: Automatic withdrawals when your cleared balance reaches a predefined amount
• Employee Accounts: Create accounts with limited permissions for staff without sharing your PGP key
• Listing Quick Edit: Change listing details without going through moderation
• Custom/Private listings that don't appear in search results
• Flexible auto-finalize timer between 5 and 45 days

8. Customer-Specific Terms

The following terms apply specifically to customer accounts on DrugHub Market.

8.1 Customer Obligations

Customers must:

• Finalize transactions promptly upon satisfactory receipt
• Provide accurate shipping information when required (using PGP encryption)
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with vendors
• Leave honest and fair feedback
• Follow platform security guidelines
• Pay for orders within the 3-hour invoice expiration window

8.2 Customer Fees

Customers pay the market commission (standard 5%), which can vary based on certain factors. This is transparent on DrugHub Market, as opposed to other marketplaces where vendors simply add the commission to their prices.

8.3 Order Management

Customers can:

• Browse listings without creating an account
• Add multiple items to a shopping cart and pay once
• Select Escrow or Finalize Early (FE) for each item separately (if the vendor offers FE)
• Track order status through the platform
• Contact vendors regarding specific orders through our segregated messaging system

8.4 Private Mirrors

Customers may request private mirrors once their accounts meet certain requirements. If approved, you will receive two private mirrors to ensure stable access even during Tor outages.

9. Dispute Resolution

DrugHub Market provides an impartial and fair dispute resolution system to address issues between vendors and customers.

9.1 Dispute Process

The dispute resolution process follows these steps:

1. Customer initiates a dispute through the order interface
2. Vendor is notified and given opportunity to respond
3. Both parties provide evidence and statements
4. Parties attempt to resolve the dispute directly
5. If parties cannot reach agreement, marketplace staff will review the case
6. A final decision is made based on evidence and marketplace policies

9.2 Evidence and Documentation

When a dispute is opened, the system automatically references:

• The original listing description at the time of purchase
• The vendor's refund/reship policy at the time of purchase
• Order details and transaction records
• Communication history between the parties

This prevents "bait and switch" tactics, as disputes will be settled according to the conditions that existed when the order was placed.

9.3 Resolution Outcomes

Possible dispute outcomes include:

• Full refund to customer
• Partial refund to customer
• Release of funds to vendor
• Reship of product
• Other resolutions as agreed by both parties

9.4 Self-Resolution

DrugHub encourages disputes to be settled without staff intervention when possible. Our platform provides tools to facilitate direct resolution between vendors and customers.

10. Intellectual Property

This section outlines the intellectual property rights related to DrugHub Market and user-generated content.

10.1 DrugHub Market Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DrugHub Market, including but not limited to:

• Platform design, code, and infrastructure
• Logos, trademarks, and brand elements
• Text, graphics, and interfaces

are owned by or licensed to DrugHub Market and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10.2 User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of content they create and post on DrugHub Market, including:

• Listing descriptions and images
• Profile information
• Feedback and reviews
• Messages and communications

10.3 License Grant

By posting content on DrugHub Market, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the marketplace.

10.4 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
